Trunk spoilers and a wing for the BMW G42 2 Series coupe, all pre-preg dry carbon and all shared with the G87 M2. Our own G42 spoiler design is the OEM++, which carries the M Performance lip shape across the full width of the trunk.
Alongside it you'll find MP-style and CS-style lips and an MP-style wing. The listings name the G42 coupe rather than one trim, so they apply to the 230i and M240i alike.

Choosing a G42 spoiler: lip or wing
BMW's own M Performance range for this car includes a carbon trunk spoiler for the 230i and M240i and a taller carbon wing. Our choices follow the same two ideas.
- OEM++ spoiler: a Unit 17 design, sold only here. The factory accessory ends short of the lid's corners; the OEM++ keeps its profile and runs it out to both ends, with a gloss finish.
- MP-style spoiler: follows the M Performance outline as BMW drew it, for the factory-accessory look in pre-preg carbon. Its listing says no drilling.
- CS-style spoiler: a different profile from the MP shapes, also fitted without drilling. Compare the side photos to judge it.
- MP-style wing: stands above the trunk in the manner of BMW's carbon wing, and changes the rear the most.
Model years on the G42 listings
The G42 coupe arrived for the 2022 model year, and it's a coupe only, with no convertible in this generation. The OEM++ and the wing are listed from 2022. The MP-style and CS-style spoilers are listed from 2023, so text 609-525-4865 before ordering either for a 2022 car and we'll confirm the fit.
Mounting and test-fitting
The OEM++ and wing listings don't describe how they mount, so ask us before you order if you'd rather not drill. Test-fit any spoiler on a clean lid before it's bonded or drilled: an installed part can't be returned, but our fitment guarantee covers return shipping if a part doesn't fit the car on its listing and you contact us first. Frequently asked questions
Do these spoilers fit the 2 Series Gran Coupe?
No. They're listed for the G42, the two-door 2 Series coupe. The 2 Series Gran Coupe (F44, and the newer F74) is a four-door sedan on a front-drive-based platform and is mechanically unrelated, so its trunk is a different shape. There's no spoiler for it on our site.
OEM++ or MP-style spoiler: which suits a G42 better?
Both start from BMW's M Performance shape. The MP-style keeps the factory accessory's length and goes on without drilling. The OEM++, our own design, carries the profile out to each end of the trunk, so the corners aren't left bare, and it has a gloss finish. It's also listed from 2022, while the MP-style is listed from 2023.
Will a spoiler work on a 2025 M240i with the M Sport Professional Package?
Check first. For 2025 BMW's M Sport Professional Package includes an M rear spoiler in black, so your trunk may already carry a factory spoiler.
