A BMW X3M spoiler is shaped for the X3M's hatch, and the sloping X4M takes its own designs. For the X3M there's our tailgate spoiler, a SOOQOO rear spoiler and an SQ-style roof spoiler. The X4M has an SQ-style roof spoiler and a separate SQ-style rear spoiler.

Roof spoiler or tailgate spoiler
The X3 M comes from the factory with an M roof spoiler at the top of the hatch. The SQ-style roof spoiler adds carbon at that upper edge, above the rear window, and is made of pre-preg carbon; its listing gives little more detail. A tailgate spoiler sits lower, on the hatch itself.
Our X3 M tailgate spoiler is a Unit 17 design, shaped from 3D scans taken in our shop so it sits flush on both sides. It's carbon fiber with a high-gloss, UV-resistant finish and fits the X3 M only, not the X4 M or a regular X3. The SOOQOO rear spoiler is the other rear option for the X3 M, a different design in pre-preg carbon with a UV-resistant clear coat.
X4M spoilers and mounting
BMW mounts a rear spoiler on the X4 M's tailgate from the factory, and its roofline slopes away more steeply, so X3 M parts don't carry over. The SQ-style X4 M rear spoiler and the SQ-style X4 M roof spoiler are pre-preg dry carbon with a high-gloss finish. Both go on with 3M double-sided tape and no drilling, and their listings recommend a professional installer for alignment and adhesion.
The X3 M listings don't state how they mount, so ask us before you plan the job. Test-fit any spoiler before it goes on for good, because an installed part can't be returned. For the lower half of the rear, see the X3M/X4M LCI diffusers.

Can I put an X3M spoiler on an X4M?
No. Each spoiler here is listed for one body. Our tailgate spoiler, the SOOQOO rear spoiler and the SQ-style roof spoiler named F97 are X3 M parts. The SQ-style roof and rear spoilers named F98 are for the X4 M, whose tailgate and roofline are shaped differently.
Did the 2022 facelift change which spoiler fits?
No. The LCI brought new taillights and, on the X4 M, a new rear bumper, but every spoiler on this page is listed for pre-LCI and LCI cars alike. Choose by body, X3 M or X4 M, rather than by model year.
Will these spoilers fit a regular X3 or X4?
Our tailgate spoiler is made for the X3 M, and its listing says it doesn't fit non-M X3 models. The SQ-style and SOOQOO listings name only the X3 M or X4 M, so we can't confirm them for other versions. Text 609-525-4865 before ordering for a non-M car.
