Shipping Policy

Here’s how shipping works.

1. Processing Time

• Unless otherwise stated, most orders ship within 5 business days after payment has processed.
• Some parts are made to order. When they are, the product page shows the lead time (for example, “ships in 4–6 weeks”) next to the Add to cart button.
• Parts marked Coming soon don’t have a ship date yet — ask us for timing before you order.
• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

2. Carriers and Delivery Times

• All orders are sent via UPS or FedEx.
• Within the US, most orders arrive 1–5 business days after they ship. Delivery dates shown on product pages are estimates, not guarantees.
• We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

• The shipping cost for each part is shown on its product page and calculated at checkout before you pay. Some parts ship free.

4. International Orders

• We ship to the countries listed below. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Customs duties, taxes and any other import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• For international returns, see our Return Policy.

5. Order Updates

• Need an update on your order? Text 609-525-4865 or email lucky@unit17autostyling.com with your order number. If you have an account, you can also see your orders under My account.

6. Damaged in Transit

• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the part and the packaging, and keep all the packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
