The two names describe different pieces, but the listings are short: each gives the part name, the RS6 Avant C8 fitment and the material, pre-preg carbon, and says nothing about where the part sits or how it's fixed. The clearest clue is the full carbon kit for the car, which lists a middle spoiler and a roof spoiler with rear window blades as separate items, so a middle spoiler is designed to go on alongside a roof spoiler.
