Return & Exchange Policy

Customers have a maximum of 14 calendar days, starting from the day after the item is received, to arrange a return or exchange with Unit 17 Auto Styling.

If the customer changes their mind, Unit 17 Auto Styling will refund the purchase price of the item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item(s), subject to Unit 17 Auto Styling’s return inspection and approval process.

All returned items must be in the same condition as originally received and must include all original components, in unused and original condition, including but not limited to:

• All original packaging (boxes, bags, protective materials, polystyrene, etc.)

• Accessories such as fixings or any additional components supplied with the item

• Warranty documents, manuals, or any accompanying literature

• All items included as part of a bundle

• Return shipping charges are at the expense of the buyer, except under our fitment guarantee.
